    • Rent4sure & Homelet - Your personal data, including name, address, contact details and preferences will be shared with either Rent4Sure or Homelet. Both of these companies provide Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd with a referencing service.
    • Lloyds Bank – Your personal data, including name and bank account details will be shared with Lloyds Bank. Lloyds Bank provide Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd with a Client money account and this data will be used for the purpose of money transfers.
    • Verilan - Your personal data, including name, address, contact details and preferences will be visible to Verilan. Verilan provide Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd with IT/Computer services and network management.
    • Rugby EPC - Your personal data, including name, address, contact details may be shared with Rugby EPC. Rugby EPC provide Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd with Energy Performance Reports for our properties. You may provide your own EPC to Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd.
    • Various contractors – If you are a tenant of a property that is being fully managed by Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd, tour personal data, including name, address and contact details may be shared with a selection of contractors as and when necessary. These contractors provide Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd with a repair and maintenance service and help us to fulfil our contractual obligations to arrange work on behalf of the Landlord.
    • ·Microsoft - Your personal data, including name, address, contact details and preferences will be shared with Microsoft. Microsoft provide Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd with computer software and cloud based server storage of your data.
    • Search Mortgages - Your personal data, including name, address, contact details and preferences may be shared with Search Mortgages. Search Mortgages provide Coopers Chartered Surveyors Ltd with a service to qualify the proceedability of potential buyers on behalf of Cooprs Chartered Surveyors Ltd. Search Mortgages may also offer their services as Mortgage Advisors. Search Mortgages Ltd is an Appointed Representative of The Right Mortgage Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered Address: 18 Bath Street, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 3JF. Registered No: 07237136. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
  • Advertisers and advertising networks (including social media) to select and serve relevant adverts to you. This is Brief Your Market, an automated marketing and communication software.

When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and otherwise use your information in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We may disclose your personal information to our insurers and /or professional advisers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, obtaining professional advice and managing legal disputes.

We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets, or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers.
