Meet the Team

Martin started Coopers way back in 1982 alongside his father, Ron, and has experienced every type of market conditions from brilliant (2014) to dreadful (2008)!

 

He is a Chartered Surveyor, directly involved with Estate Agency, Lettings and of course Surveys.

 

Martin’s ambition has always been to provide the most comprehensive, professional service and advice to his clients. 

 

Martin loves all things property as well as family life and a weekly round of golf!

Simon is the third generation of the Cooper family to be at the heart of the firm. Having originally qualified as a Civil and Structural Engineer in 2007 with a degree from the University of Nottingham, he spent several years working on industrial building projects and residential land developments.

In 2012, Simon made the decision to switch careers and join his father at Coopers. Simon has a wide variety of interests in the property sector and is responsible for the successful Property Management division at Coopers.

Simon is a keen sportsman, both playing and spectating, and is unfortunate enough to be a life-long fan of Coventry City Football Club.

Anne-Marie started at Coopers back in 2003 as the Saturday girl whilst working as a secretary for a local charity. 

She became a full time member of staff in 2004 and went on to become Sales Manager in 2010 and a Director of the company in 2015. 

Anne-Marie loves dealing with both vendors and purchasers and enjoys every aspect of her role at Coopers. 

At home, Anne-Marie is married, and has a little girl called Orla, who is already in training to become an Estate Agent!  

Clare joined Coopers in 2015, initially providing vital administrative support to both the Sales and Survey teams. With her communication skills and ability get get along with almost anyone, Clare quickly progressed to be our Sales Manager.

Clare is born and bred in Coventry, but spent eight years living in Malta where she met her husband. Now back in Coventry and living in Allesley with her husband and two kids, Clare likes keeping fit, gardening and socialising.

Claire joined Coopers in August 2022 as a Lettings Negotiator and became Lettings Manager in 2024. With 13 years’ experience in property lettings, there are not many situations she hasn’t dealt with. Claire enjoys spending time with her family, watching rugby and walking her dogs. Claire is also partial to a good Netflix series!

Toni started at Coopers in 2023 and has become an integral part of the Lettings team. In her spare time Toni is currently renovating her first home and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Belinda started working in Estate Agency in the late 1980s and joined Coopers in 2003.

Belinda is very conscientious in her work and enjoys helping people in all aspects of buying and selling. 

Out of work, she is married with two children and in her spare time enjoys playing badminton, exercising doing ballet, tap and Zumba and settling down to read a good thriller!

Emma has led a varied career, working overseas in Europe, in education, in fitness and most recently, in law enforcement.  Emma has gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding from both private and public sector experiences.  With a go-get attitude, Emma will find a positive response to any situation.

When Emma is not at work, she has a close relationship with her family and friends, choosing to spend time with them and her crazy Bengal cat.  Emma is also into a healthy lifestyle, spending a couple of hours a day lifting weights and practising yoga, so that she can bring home-made cakes into the office for all to enjoy!

Cathy has worked for Coopers since 1984 and is an invaluable member of the team. Over those years, Cathy has worked and thrived in many different areas of the business. Cathy is the Administrator of the Surveys department and also heads up general office administration.
