Arrangement of low cost buildings and contents insurance if required.
Advising local authority and utility companies of change of occupants.
Collection and onward payment to you of rents, usually monthly, accompanied by a printed statement of income and expenses.
Arrangements for and supervision of any necessary repairs.
Checks as to the satisfactory conduct of tenants during the tenancy.
Receiving possession at the end of the tenancy and advising as to any dilapidation issues.
